บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาและประเมินรูปแบบภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงทางวิชาการในยุคดิจิทัลของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาในภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ ดำเนินการวิจัยแบบผสมผสาน 2 ระยะ ระยะที่ 1 สร้างรูปแบบโดยสังเคราะห์วรรณกรรมและวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบเชิงสำรวจ (EFA) จากผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา 520 คน และประเมินความต้องการจำเป็นจากกลุ่มตัวอย่าง 385 คน และผู้เชี่ยวชาญ จำนวน 22 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้เป็นแบบสอบถามมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า วิธีการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล ได้แก่การสนทนากลุ่ม และการสัมมนาอิงผู้เชี่ยวชาญ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบเชิงสำรวจ และดัชนี PNI modified ระยะที่ 2 ประเมินรูปแบบ โดยผู้เชี่ยวชาญ 11 คนโดยใช้แบบประเมิน สถิติที่ใช้ในวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัย พบว่า
1) รูปแบบที่พัฒนาขึ้น เรียกว่า DIGITAL Model ประกอบด้วย 7 องค์ประกอบ เรียงตามลำดับค่า PNI modified ได้แก่ ด้านการพัฒนาศักยภาพบุคลากร ด้านการมีอิทธิพลเชิงอุดมการณ์ (Idealized Influence) ด้านการพัฒนาบุคลากรเชิงปัจเจก ด้านการกระตุ้นทางปัญญา (Intellectual Stimulation ) ด้านภาวะผู้นำความร่วมมือทางวิชาการ ด้านความร่วมมือทางวิชาการ ด้านวิสัยทัศน์แรงบันดาลใจ โดยมีส่วนประกอบของรูปแบบ 5 ด้าน ได้แก่ หลักการ วัตถุประสงค์ โครงสร้าง วิธีดำเนินการ และการประเมินผล 2) ผลการประเมินรูปแบบพบว่า ด้านความถูกต้องอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด ส่วนด้านความเหมาะสม ด้านความเป็นไปได้ และด้านความเป็นประโยชน์ อยู่ในระดับมากทุกด้าน
