2 การพัฒนาองค์ประกอบการบริหารสถานศึกษาด้วยกระบวนการ วิจัยเชิงปฏิบัติการแบบมีส่วนร่วมของโรงเรียนขยายโอกาสทางการศึกษา

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์1) เพื่อศึกษาองค์ประกอบการบริหารสถานศึกษาด้วยกระบวนการวิจัยเชิงปฏิบัติการแบบมีส่วนร่วมของโรงเรียนขยายโอกาสทางการศึกษา 2) เพื่อประเมินความต้องการจำเป็นขององค์ประกอบการบริหารสถานศึกษาด้วยกระบวนการวิจัยเชิงปฏิบัติการแบบมีส่วนร่วมของโรงเรียนขยายโอกาสทางการศึกษา โดยประเมินความเหมาะสม และความเป็นไปได้ขององค์ประกอบการบริหารสถานศึกษาจากผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ จำนวน 9 คน และศึกษาความต้องการจำเป็นจากกลุ่มตัวอย่างผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา จำนวน 370 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้คือแบบสอบถาม และวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยวิธี Priority Needs Index แบบปรับปรุง (PNI modified) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า
1. องค์ประกอบการบริหารสถานศึกษาด้วยกระบวนการวิจัยเชิงปฏิบัติการแบบมีส่วนร่วมของโรงเรียนขยายโอกาสทางการศึกษามีองค์ประกอบ 6 ด้าน คือ การวินิจฉัยปัญหาร่วมกัน การวางแผนแบบมีส่วนร่วม การปฏิบัติตามแผนร่วมกัน การสะท้อนผลและปรับปรุง ชุมชนแห่งการเรียนรู้ และ ภาวะผู้นำที่เอื้อต่อการมีส่วนร่วม ผลการประเมินความเหมาะสม และความเป็นไปได้องค์ประกอบการบริหารสถานศึกษาด้วยกระบวนการวิจัยเชิงปฏิบัติการแบบมีส่วนร่วม พบว่า ในภาพรวมพบว่า ด้านความเหมาะสม อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด ด้านความเป็นไปได้ อยู่ในระดับมาก 2. ค่าดัชนีลำดับความต้องการจำเป็นการบริหารสถานศึกษาด้วยกระบวนการวิจัยเชิงปฏิบัติการแบบมีส่วนร่วมของโรงเรียนขยายโอกาสทางการศึกษามีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 0.191
