บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ ศึกษาปัญหาทักษะชีวิตและอาชีพของเยาวชน พัฒนากระบวนการเรียนรู้ พัฒนาทักษะชีวิตและอาชีพพร้อมทั้งสร้างเครือข่ายแกนนำเยาวชน และจัดทำข้อเสนอแนะเชิงยุทธศาสตร์การพัฒนาทักษะชีวิตและอาชีพเครือข่ายแกนนำเยาวชน กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ เยาวชน จำนวน 527 คน และแกนนำเยาวชนจำนวน 400 คน ส่วนกลุ่มเป้าหมาย ได้แก่ เยาวชน จำนวน 30 คน ผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ จำนวน 25 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสอบถาม แบบสัมภาษณ์ แบบประเมิน และแบบทดสอบ เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลจากการสอบถาม สัมภาษณ์ และการประชุมเชิงปฏิบัติการ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยหาค่าสถิติพื้นฐาน ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน T-test แบบ dependent และการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ผลการศึกษา พบว่า
1) ปัญหาทักษะชีวิตและอาชีพของเยาวชนภายใต้หลักปรัชญาของเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงเขตจังหวัดน่าน ภาพรวมมีปัญหาอยู่ระดับมาก 2) กระบวนการเรียนรู้ประอบด้วย 6 หน่วยการเรียนรู้ ผลการพัฒนาแกนนำเยาวชน พบว่า ผลการเรียนรู้ของทุกหน่วยการเรียนรู้หลังการอบรมสูงกว่าก่อนอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ .05 3) แกนนำเยาวชนมีความพึงพอใจการอบรมอยู่ระดับมาก 4) ข้อเสนอแนะเชิงยุทธศาสตร์ ประกอบด้วย 3 ยุทธศาสตร์และ 9 กลยุทธ์ ผลการประเมินข้อเสนอแนะเชิงยุทธศาสตร์ มีความสอดคล้อง ความเหมาะสม และความเป็นไปได้ อยู่ในระดับมาก
