บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาองค์ประกอบ ตัวชี้วัด สมรรถนะการพัฒนานวัตกรรมการจัดการเรียนรู้ของครู สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน โดยการสังเคราะห์เอกสาร สัมภาษณ์ผู้เชี่ยวชาญ จำนวน 6 ท่าน และวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบสมรรถนะการพัฒนานวัตกรรมการเรียนรู้ของครู จำนวน 1,081 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล ประกอบด้วย แบบบันทึกการสังเคราะห์เอกสาร แบบสัมภาษณ์แบบมีโครงสร้าง และแบบสอบถาม วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา และการวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบเชิงสำรวจ
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า สมรรถนะการพัฒนานวัตกรรมการจัดการเรียนรู้ของครู สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน มีองค์ประกอบ 3 ด้าน ได้แก่ 1. การริเริ่มสร้างสรรค์ มี 13 ตัวชี้วัด 2. การพัฒนานวัตกรรมการเรียนรู้ มี 15 ตัวชี้วัด และ 3. การบูรณาการการเรียนรู้ มี 14 ตัวชี้วัด รวมทั้งหมด 42 ตัวชี้วัด
