4 ผลกระทบและความยั่งยืนด้านสุขภาวะจากโครงการชุมชนน่าอยู่ในเขตล้านนาตะวันออก

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ ศึกษาผลกระทบและความยั่งยืนด้านสุขภาวะ ศึกษาปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อความยั่งยืนด้านสุขภาวะ และถอดบทเรียนและเสนอแนวทางการพัฒนาให้เกิดความยั่งยืนด้านสุขภาวะของชุมชน ในเขตล้านนาตะวันออก ด้วยการวิจัยแบบผสมผสาน กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ ผู้ร่วมโครงการชุมชนน่าอยู่ในเขตล้านนาตะวันออก จำนวน 1,192 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสอบถาม แบบวัดเจตคติและแบบสัมภาษณ์ เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยการสอบถามและการสัมภาษณ์ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงปริมาณด้วยค่าเฉลี่ยและส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1) ผลกระทบต่อบุคคล ทุกมิติสุขภาวะอยู่ระดับมาก เกิดกลไกสภาผู้นำชุมชนที่สามารถนำชุมชนให้พึ่งพาตนเอง มีภูมิคุ้มกันที่ดีพร้อมรับมือต่อการเปลี่ยนแปลง เกิดการฟื้นตัวได้เร็วเมื่อเกิดภาวะวิกฤติต่างๆ มีลักษณะเป็นชุมชนเข้มแข็งและน่าอยู่ เป็นต้นแบบให้พื้นที่ข้างเคียงร่วมเรียนรู้และประชาชนในพื้นที่มีเจตคติที่ดีต่อการมี สุขภาวะจากโครงการชุมชนน่าอยู่ในเขตล้านนาตะวันออก อยู่ในระดับดีมาก 2) ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อความยั่งยืนด้านสุขภาวะ คือมีผู้นำ การเสริมพลัง การสืบสานภูมิปัญญา การพึ่งพาตนเองและคนในชุมชนส่วนใหญ่ได้รับประโยชน์ 3) บทเรียนสำคัญและเสนอแนวทางพัฒนาชุมชนโดยสภาผู้นำชุมชนต้องได้รับการพัฒนาสมรรถนะการบริหารจัดการชุมชน การจัดทำแผนชุมชนพึ่งตนเอง การจัดสวัสดิการสำหรับทุกกลุ่มวัยของชุมชน
