บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อราคาทองคำในประเทศไทย ประเทศสหรัฐอเมริกา และประเทศอังกฤษ โดยใช้ข้อมูลรายเดือนระหว่างเดือนมกราคม พ.ศ. 2555 ถึงเดือนมิถุนายน พ.ศ. 2565 วิธีการที่ใช้ในการศึกษาคือการประมาณการผ่านแบบจำลองการถดถอยเชิงเส้นพหุคูณ ประมาณค่าพารามิเตอร์โดยวิธีกำลังสองน้อยที่สุด (OLS) ผลการศึกษาพบว่า
อัตราแลกเปลี่ยนที่แท้จริง (REER) และภาวะสงครามรัสเซียและยูเครน เป็นปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อราคาทองคำในประเทศไทยอย่างมีนัยสำคัญที่ระดับ 0.05 และ 0.01 ตามลำดับ ในประเทศสหรัฐอเมริกาพบว่า ปริมาณเงินในระบบเศรษฐกิจ อัตราดอกเบี้ยพันธบัตรรัฐบาล อัตราแลกเปลี่ยนที่แท้จริง (REER) ราคาน้ำมันในตลาดโลก และภาวะสงครามรัสเซียและยูเครน ส่งผลกระทบต่อราคาทองคำในประเทศสหรัฐอเมริกาอย่างมีนัยสำคัญที่ระดับ 0.05, 0.10, 0.01, 0.10 และ 0.01 ตามลำดับ ส่วนอัตราแลกเปลี่ยนที่แท้จริง (REER) และภาวะสงครามรัสเซียและยูเครน เป็นปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อราคาทองคำในประเทศอังกฤษอย่างมีนัยสำคัญที่ระดับ 0.05 และ 0.01 ตามลำดับ
