การสร้างเสริมสุขภาพผู้สูงอายุด้วยภูมิปัญญาพื้นบ้านล้านนา กรณีศึกษาองค์การบริหารส่วน ตำบลสะลวง อำเภอแม่ริม จังหวัดเชียงใหม่ Elderly Health Promotion with Lanna Local Wisdom: Case Study in Saluang Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Mae Rim District, Chiang Mai Province

Abstract

                   การวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อสังเคราะห์รูปแบบภูมิปัญญาพื้นบ้านล้านนาเพื่อการสร้างเสริมสุขภาพผู้สูงอายุ กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นผู้มีส่วนได้ส่วนเสียในพื้นที่องค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลสะลวง อำเภอแม่ริม จังหวัดเชียงใหม่จำนวน 26 คน เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลด้วยการสังเกตแบบมีส่วนร่วมและไม่มีส่วนร่วม การสัมภาษณ์แบบเชิงลึก และการสนทนากลุ่ม วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยการวิเคราะห์เชิงเนื้อหา ผลการศึกษา พบว่า  การสร้างเสริมสุขภาพผู้สูงอายุมีการผสมผสานแบบแผนภูมิปัญญาพื้นบ้านล้านนาร่วมกับวิถีการดำเนินชีวิตประจำวันสู่กระบวนการเรียนรู้ชุมชนที่มุ่งเน้นการนำกิจกรรมที่มีการบูรณาการความเชื่อ ความศรัทธาและการปฏิบัติตามหลักพุธศาสนาไปสู่การปฏิบัติการสร้างเสริมสุขภาพของผู้สูงอายุภายใต้การเปลี่ยนแปลงของโครงสร้างชุมชนและลักษณะทางกายภาพในพื้นที่ อย่างไรก็ตาม ปัจจัยทางสังคมทั้งการสนับสนุนจากหน่วยงานภาครัฐ องค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่น และชุมชนจะนำไปสู่การเสริมพลังอำนาจการสร้างเสริมสุขภาพผู้สูงอายุด้วยภูมิปัญญาพื้นบ้านล้านนาร่วมกับระบบการบริการสุขภาพแผนปัจจุบันของผู้สูงอายุ 

                 This qualitative research aimed to study to the synthesis of Lanna local wisdom on health promotion of elderly. A sample group used for this research consisted of 26 stakeholders in Saluang Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Mae Rim District, Chiang Mai Province. Data were collected through use of observation, in -depth interview and focus group discussion. Data were analyzed by content analysis. The results of this research were found that the pattern to health promotion of elderly has the coordination of lifestyle to the community learning process and health promotion activity intigrating the rule, faith and Buddhism learning to health promotion of elderly participation under the structure and physical property in the community. However, social factors such as elderly's in government and local organizations and community support reflected on the health empowerment activities combination  Lanna  local wisdom health promotion and the modern health care system of elderly.
