บทบาทการมีส่วนร่วมและผลกระทบทางสังคมจากการอนุรักษ์ทรัพยากรป่าไม้ในรูปแบบการจัดการป่านันทนาการ: กรณีศึกษา ป่านันทนาการน้ำตกเขาอีโต้ จังหวัดปราจีนบุรี

แนวคิดการจัดการป่านันทนาการเป็นอีกหนึ่งกลไกสำคัญในการอนุรักษ์ทรัพยากรป่าไม้ โดยการพัฒนาพื้นที่ป่าสงวนแห่งชาติให้เป็นแหล่งท่องเที่ยวเชิงนิเวศ ซึ่งภาคส่วนต่าง ๆ สามารถเข้ามามีส่วนร่วมในการบริหารจัดการป่านันทนาการเพื่อการสร้างคุณค่าร่วมที่ยั่งยืน การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาบทบาทการมีส่วนร่วมและผลกระทบทางสังคมจากการอนุรักษ์ทรัพยากรป่าไม้ในรูปแบบการจัดการป่านันทนาการ โดยมีป่านันทนาการน้ำตกเขาอีโต้ จังหวัดปราจีนบุรี เป็นกรณีศึกษา การวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพนี้ เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลด้วยการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกจากผู้ให้ข้อมูลหลัก ได้แก่ บุคลากรภาครัฐ ภาคเอกชนและภาคประชาชน จำนวน 34 คน ผลการศึกษาพบว่า บทบาทการมีส่วนร่วมในการจัดการป่านันทนาการแบ่งเป็น 3 ระดับ คือ ระดับชาติ ระดับจังหวัด และระดับท้องถิ่น โดยดำเนินการอย่างบูรณาการระหว่างภาครัฐ ภาคเอกชน และภาคประชาชน ซึ่งมีบทบาทสำคัญในการจัดการป่านันทนาการ ส่งผลให้เกิดการสร้างผลกระทบเชิงบวกในมิติสังคม เศรษฐกิจ และสิ่งแวดล้อม เช่น ชุมชนรู้สึกเป็นเจ้าของป่า รักและหวงแหนป่ามากขึ้น เกิดความตระหนักในการอนุรักษ์ทรัพยากรป่าไม้ ชุมชนโดยรอบ มีอาชีพและรายได้ พื้นที่ป่าเพิ่มขึ้น และอัตราการบุกรุกป่าลดลง เป็นต้น ดังนั้น ภาคส่วนที่เกี่ยวข้องควรส่งเสริมการอนุรักษ์ทรัพยากรป่าไม้ในรูปแบบการจัดการป่านันทนาการเพื่อให้เกิดรูปธรรมของการพัฒนาป่าสงวนแห่งชาติและการพัฒนาชุมชนโดยรอบอย่างยั่งยืน
