Abstract

Since the production of plastic in the early 1900s, until now, there have been ongoing report on the problems caused by the impact and contamination of plastic and microplastics waste in the environment. But in the last 10-15 years, there have been reports of microplastics contamination in the environment and the impact on living things has increased in almost every countries around the world. This article is a review, report and analyse of the literature on microplastics in an environment that are about 1) The origin of microplastics 2) Routs of contamination in the environment of micro-plastics 3) Microplastics situation in Thailand 4) Effects of micriplastics on the environment 5) Micro-plastics in food and beverages and 6) The process of dealing with micro-plastics in the environment
