การพัฒนาแหล่งเรียนรู้ของชุมชนในโลกยุคใหม่

บทคัดย่อ
บทความนี้มีจุดประสงค์เพื่อนำเสนอแนวคิดการพัฒนาแหล่งเรียนรู้ของชุมชนในโลกยุคใหม่ ซึ่งมีความสำคัญอย่างยิ่งในการช่วยให้ผู้เรียนสามารถเผชิญกับการเปลี่ยนแปลงที่รวดเร็วในยุคปัจจุบัน หากพิจารณาแหล่งเรียนรู้ในยุคใหม่นี้จะเป็นการผสมผสานการใช้พื้นที่ทางกายภาพและพื้นที่ออนไลน์ การพัฒนาแหล่งเรียนรู้และเครือข่ายการเรียนรู้เป็นปัจจัยสำคัญในการสนับสนุนการเรียนรู้ตลอดชีวิตของบุคคลในชุมชน การจัดการเรียนรู้และการจัดกิจกรรมที่มีความยืดหยุ่นตามความต้องการของผู้เรียน แนวทางการพัฒนาแหล่งเรียนรู้ สรุปได้ดังนี้ 1) สร้างความเข้าใจในการดำเนินงานเกี่ยวกับการพัฒนาแหล่งเรียนรู้ 2) ศึกษาข้อมูลทุนทางสังคมและศักยภาพของชุมชนท้องถิ่น 3) คัดเลือกหรือกำหนดแหล่งเรียนรู้ 4) กำหนดแนวทางการพัฒนาแหล่งเรียนรู้โดยการมีส่วนร่วมจากแกนนำ 5) ดำเนินการพัฒนาแหล่งเรียนรู้ตามแนวทางที่กำหนด 6) ประสานบุคคล หน่วยงานหรือภาคีเครือข่ายเข้ามามีส่วนร่วมในการส่งเสริมสนับสนุนแหล่งเรียนรู้ตามศักยภาพและความพร้อม และ 7) ประเมินผลการดำเนินงานการพัฒนาแหล่งเรียนรู้ของชุมชน
