บทคัดย่อ
งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาสภาพปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้นในชุมชนวัดดวงแข 2) เพื่อศึกษาการมีส่วนร่วมของกลุ่มเจเนอเรชั่นแซดในการเสริมสร้างความเข้มแข็งในชุมชนวัดดวงแข และ 3) เพื่อเสนอแนวทางส่งเสริมให้กลุ่มเจเนอเรชั่นแซดเข้ามามีส่วนร่วมในการเสริมสร้างความเข้มแข็งของชุมชน เป็นการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ โดยรวบรวมข้อมูลจากผู้ให้ข้อมูลสำคัญ คือ เจ้าหน้าที่มูลนิธิเพื่อการพัฒนาเด็ก (ศูนย์ดวงแข) คณะกรรมการชุมชนและสมาชิกชุมชน พระสงฆ์ และแกนนำเยาวชนในชุมชนวัดดวงแข จำนวน 21 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยคือแบบสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกและวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยวิธีการวิเคราะห์แก่นสาร ผลการวิจัย พบว่าชุมชนวัดดวงแขประสบปัญหาด้านเศรษฐกิจ ด้านสังคม ด้านวัฒนธรรม และด้านสิ่งแวดล้อม กลุ่มเจเนอเรชั่นแซดได้เข้ามามีส่วนร่วมในการพัฒนาชุมชนด้านสังคม ด้านวัฒนธรรม และด้านสิ่งแวดล้อม และแนวทางส่งเสริมให้กลุ่มเจเนอเรชั่นแซดเข้ามามีส่วนร่วมในการเสริมสร้างความเข้มแข็งของชุมชน ได้แก่ การสนับสนุนและปลูกฝังให้กลุ่มเจเนอเรชั่นแซดที่อาศัยอยู่ในชุมชน ตระหนักถึงคุณค่าและความสำคัญของชุมชนตนเอง และการจัดกิจกรรม “รองเมือง เรืองยิ้ม” ในทุก ๆ ปี เพื่อพัฒนาชุมชนร่วมกันระหว่างกลุ่มเจเนอเรชั่นแซดกับทุก ๆ เจเนอเรชั่น
