การใช้ประโยชน์ และการมีส่วนร่วมของประชาชนเพื่อการอนุรักษ์พืชอาหารจากป่า ชุมชนสะลวง-ขี้เหล็ก อำเภอแม่ริม จังหวัดเชียงใหม่

บทคัดย่อ
การศึกษาเชิงผสานวิธีนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อสำรวจการใช้ประโยชน์ และการมีส่วนร่วมในการอนุรักษ์ พืชอาหารจากป่า กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นประชาชนในชุมชนสะลวง-ขี้เหล็ก อำเภอแม่ริม จังหวัดเชียงใหม่ จำนวน 301 คน และผู้มีส่วนได้เสีย จำนวน 16 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเป็นแบบสอบถาม การสัมภาษณ์แบบไม่เป็นทางการ และการสนทนากลุ่ม วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยสถิติเชิงพรรณนาและการวิเคราะห์เชิงเนื้อหา ผลการศึกษา พบว่า ประชาชนมีการใช้ประโยชน์พืชอาหารจากป่าชุมชนด้านการเป็นแหล่งอาหาร การเป็นแหล่งสร้างรายได้ และการใช้ประโยชน์เพื่อการเกษตร ประชาชนมีส่วนร่วมเพื่อการอนุรักษ์พืชอาหารจากป่าชุมชนโดยรวมระดับน้อย (ค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 1.94 ± 0.94) ผู้มีส่วนได้ส่วนเสียได้เสนอแนะแนวทางการอนุรักษ์พืชอาหารจากป่าชุมชน โดยการสนับสนุนองค์ความรู้เกี่ยวกับการอนุรักษ์พื้นที่ป่าชุมชน ส่งเสริมกิจกรรมชุมชนที่ก่อเกิดจิตสำนึกในการอนุรักษ์ป่าชุมชน และการเพิ่มมูลค่าพืชอาหารจากป่าชุมชนตามแนวเศรษฐกิจพอเพียง
