บทคัดย่อ
วิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาการรับรู้ภาวะสุขภาพ พฤติกรรม ต้นทุนและผลตอบแทนของเกษตรกรปลูกข้าวแบบเกษตรเคมีกับเกษตรอินทรีย์ ในกลุ่มเกษตรกรที่ใช้สารเคมีและสารอินทรีย์ในการปลูกข้าว ในพื้นที่หมู่ 1 และหมู่ 3 ตำบลบ้านตุ่น อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดพะเยา จำนวน 102 ครัวเรือน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการศึกษาเป็นแบบสัมภาษณ์ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนา และ Mann-Whitney U test ผลการศึกษาพบว่า เกษตรกรมีปัญหาทางสุขภาพหลังการใช้สารเคมี/สารอินทรีย์ ร้อยละ 11.29 และ 2.50 ตามลำดับ ส่วนคะแนนพฤติกรรมก่อน ระหว่าง และหลังการพ่นสารเคมี/อินทรีย์ทั้งสองรูปแบบอยู่ในระดับสูง ด้านต้นทุนพบว่าเกษตรแบบอินทรีย์มีต้นทุนเฉลี่ยของแต่ละครัวเรือนต่ำกว่าแบบเกษตรเคมี ด้านผลตอบแทน พบว่า เกษตรอินทรีย์มีผลตอบแทนและกำไรสิทธิเฉลี่ยของแต่ละครัวเรือนสูงกว่าแบบเกษตรเคมี การเปรียบเทียบความแตกต่างของคะแนนพฤติกรรม พบว่า คะแนนพฤติกรรมหลังการพ่นมีความแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (P < 0.01) และการเปรียบเทียบรายได้ของเกษตรเคมีและเกษตรอินทรีย์ มีความแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (P < 0.01)
