บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาระดับความอดทนเข้มแข็งทางใจ การมองโลกในแง่ดี สัมพันธภาพในครอบครัว และการดูแลตนเองของผู้ป่วยโรคหัวใจและหลอดเลือด 2) เพื่อศึกษาเปรียบเทียบการดูแลตนเองของผู้ป่วยโรคหัวใจและหลอดเลือด ตามปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลที่แตกต่างกัน 3) เพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างความอดทนเข้มแข็งทางใจกับการดูแลตนเองของผู้ป่วยโรคหัวใจและหลอดเลือด 4) เพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างการมองโลกในแง่ดีกับการดูแลตนเองของผู้ป่วยโรคหัวใจและหลอดเลือด 5) เพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างสัมพันธภาพในครอบครัวกับการดูแลตนเองของผู้ป่วยโรคหัวใจและหลอดเลือด ผลการวิจัยนี้ พบว่า 1) ผู้ป่วยมีความอดทนเข้มแข็งทางใจอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง การมองโลกในแง่ดี สัมพันธภาพในครอบครัว และการดูแลตนเองอยู่ในระดับสูง 2) ผู้ป่วยที่มีสถานภาพสมรส และอาชีพ แตกต่างกันมีการดูแลตนเองแตกต่างกัน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.01 3) ความอดทนเข้มแข็งทางใจมีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกกับการดูแลตนเองของผู้ป่วย อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.01 4) การมองโลกในแง่ดีมีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกกับการดูแลตนเองของผู้ป่วย อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.01 5) สัมพันธภาพในครอบครัวมีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกกับการดูแลตนเองของผู้ป่วยอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.01
