The Promotion of Sustainable Agricultural Behavior: the Case Study of Agriculturists living in Boploy Kanchanaburi

Abstract

The objective of this research is to study the promotion of sustainable agricultural behavior  by investigating agriculturists who living in Boploy, Kanchanaburi province.  The sample size was 61 agriculturists.  This study uses interviews and questionnaire survey to collect data from agriculturists.  The research result found that agriculturists give important to environment and expertise in cultivation of plants the most, followed by seasonal, capital investment, the soil condition, price expectation, and planting durations.   Moreover, agriculturists think that learning factor, attitudes, marketing and trading, folk way and community way have important influence on their cultivations.  Agriculturists wants government to train them in cultivations and find markets for them.
