แรงจูงใจในการเข้าเรียนวิชาทหารและการถ่ายทอดทางสังคมสู่วิชาชีพทหาร: กรณีศึกษา นักศึกษาวิชาทหารหญิง ศูนย์การกำลังสำรอง กรุงเทพมหานคร

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีจุดมุ่งหมายเพื่อศึกษาแรงจูงใจในฐานะเงื่อนไขการตัดสินใจเรียนวิชาทหารและประกอบวิชาชีพทหาร ศึกษากระบวนการถ่ายทอดและผลของการถ่ายทอดวิชาทหารทั้งมุมมองของนักศึกษาวิชาทหารหญิงและทหารหญิงอาชีพ โดยวิธีวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพแบบศึกษาเฉพาะกรณี เลือกกรณีศึกษาแบบเจาะจง ได้แก่ นักศึกษาวิชาทหารหญิง 18 ราย  ทหารหญิงอาชีพ  6 ราย ครูฝึกวิชาทหาร 8 ราย เก็บข้อมูลโดยวิธีการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกเป็นหลัก วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหาและพรรณนาอย่างละเอียด ผลการวิจัยพบว่า นักศึกษาวิชาทหารหญิงตัดสินใจเข้าเรียนวิชาทหารมาจากเงื่อนไขภายในบุคคลที่เกิดจากการตอบสนองความต้องการของตนเองและตอบสนองความต้องการของผู้อื่น และเงื่อนไขภายนอกบุคคลที่ถูกสื่อสิ่งเร้าจากภายนอกมากระตุ้นให้บุคคลเกิดแรงจูงใจในการตัดสินใจเรียน การศึกษากระบวนการถ่ายทอดวิชาทหารพบว่า มีกระบวนการถ่ายทอดโดยผ่านตัวแทนในการถ่ายทอด เช่น ครูฝึก บุคลากรภายนอกสถาบันทางทหาร เนื้อหาในการถ่ายทอด เช่น วิชาทหารเบื้องต้น เทคนิคและยุทธวิธี และกลวิธีในการถ่ายทอด เช่น ถ่ายทอดตามแผนการสอน ถ่ายทอดตามความสามารถของผู้สอน  ผลของการถ่ายทอดทางสังคมสู่วิชาชีพทหาร พบว่าเกิดคุณลักษณะทางทหารที่ทำให้เกิดการพัฒนาตนเอง เช่น การพัฒนาบุคลิกภาพ ความมีระเบียบวินัย นำไปสู่การพัฒนาตนเองให้เป็นประโยชน์ต่อผู้อื่นในสังคม เช่น การช่วยเหลือผู้ประสบภัย การปฐมพยาบาลเบื้องต้น การเป็นกำลังพลสำรองของกองทัพไทย เป็นต้น 

The Motives to Enroll Territorial Defense Course and the Social Transfer to Soldier Career: Case Study on the Female Territorial Defense Students of Bangkok Reserve Affairs Center

The purposes of this research are to study the motives as conditions of the decisions to enroll  territorial defense course and enter the soldier career and to study the soldier subjects transfer process and its consequence in view of both the female territorial defense students and female career soldiers with purposive sampling case study qualitative research on 18 female territorial defense students 6 female career soldiers and 8 female soldier course trainers mainly by intensive interviews to compile data and detailed content and description data analysis. This research finds the female territorial defense students’ decisions to enroll territorial defense course are from the persons’ internal condition to fulfill own and others’ wishes and from the persons’ external condition stimulated by external media arousing the motives to decide to enroll the course. The study to soldier subjects transfer process finds the process exists and is by representatives such as trainers and the personnel outside military institutions, the contents transferred are such as the basic soldier subject and military techniques and tactics and the transfer tactics are such as the transfers by teaching plan the teacher’s capability etc. The consequence of the social transfer to soldier career is found the soldier characteristics leading to self-developments such as personality development, discipline etc. and the effects to benefit others such as rescue, first aid, Thai military reserve etc. are generated
