Today, the world has entered the digital age. It has the fast communication, bring to the problem of improper digital media using. The purpose of this study aims to study the predictive power of psycho - social factors related to good citizenship behavior in digital world on four sides. The samples are consisting 400 high school students under the basic of education commission in Bangkok, selected by two-step random, step 1 is a simple random sampling for the school and step 2 is a random sampling using class is a break to random students. The research consisted of six instruments in the form of summated rating scale. The reliability values ranged from .70 to .85. The data was analyzed by multiple regression analysis: Enter & Stepwise analysis. The findings were as follows: The independent factor involved to rule-making behavior and respect others people behavior in digital world is good attitude to good digital citizenship (β = .32, .45). Moreover, the independent factor involved to participation behavior and responsibility behavior in digital world is openness to experience personality (β = .39, .28). These variables are very important to develop the student’s behavioral. Therefore, educational institutions should promote the policy on student development in the use of digital media. It focuses on organizing learning activities that cultivate and develop good attitude to good digital citizenship and openness to experience personality. To make more good citizenship behavior in digital world.
