Psycho - Social Factors Affected Good Citizenship Behavior in Digital World of High School Students under the Basic of Education Commission in Bangkok

ในปัจจุบันโลกได้ก้าวเข้าสู่ยุคเทคโนโลยีดิจิทัล มีการติดต่อสื่อสารที่รวดเร็ว ส่งผลให้เกิดปัญหาจากการใช้สื่อดิจิทัลที่ไม่เหมาะสม การวิจัยครั้งนี้จึงมีจุดมุ่งหมายเพื่อศึกษาอำนาจการทำนายของปัจจัยทางจิตและปัจจัยทางสังคมที่มีต่อพฤติกรรมการเป็นพลเมืองดีบนโลกดิจิทัลรายด้าน 4 ด้าน กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ นักเรียนที่กำลังศึกษาในระดับชั้นมัธยมศึกษาตอนปลาย ของโรงเรียนในสังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน ในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร จำนวน 400 คน ด้วยการสุ่มสองขั้นตอน โดยขั้นที่ 1 เป็นการสุ่มอย่างง่ายเพื่อสุ่มโรงเรียน และขั้นที่ 2 เป็นการสุ่มแบบชั้นภูมิตามสัดส่วน โดยใช้ระดับชั้นเป็นตัวแบ่ง เพื่อสุ่มนักเรียน เก็บข้อมูลด้วยแบบสอบถามแบบมาตรประมาณค่า 6 ระดับ จำนวน 6 ตอน ที่มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นตั้งแต่ .70 ถึง .85 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ คือ การวิเคราะห์การถดถอยพหุคูณแบบเป็นขั้น ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ตัวแปรที่ส่งผลต่อพฤติกรรมการทำตามกฎบนโลกดิจิทัลและพฤติกรรมการเคารพผู้อื่นบนโลกดิจิทัลมากที่สุด คือ เจตคติที่ดีต่อการเป็นพลเมืองดีบนโลกดิจิทัล (β = .32, .45) และตัวแปรที่ส่งผลต่อพฤติกรรมการมีส่วนร่วมบนโลกดิจิทัลและพฤติกรรมการรับผิดชอบบนโลกดิจิทัลมากที่สุด คือ บุคลิกภาพแบบเปิดใจรับประสบการณ์ (β = .39, .28) ซึ่งตัวแปรเหล่านี้ล้วนมีความสำคัญต่อการพัฒนาพฤติกรรมของนักเรียน ดังนั้นสถานศึกษาควรส่งเสริมนโยบายเกี่ยวกับการพัฒนานักเรียนด้านการใช้สื่อดิจิทัล โดยเน้นการจัดกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้ที่ปลูกฝังและพัฒนาเจตคติที่ดีต่อการเป็นพลเมืองดีบนโลกดิจิทัล และบุคลิกภาพแบบเปิดใจรับประสบการณ์ ที่จะทำให้นักเรียนมีพฤติกรรมการเป็นพลเมืองดีบนโลกดิจิทัลเพิ่มมากยิ่งขึ้นต่อไป
