Educational Institution Development according to PMQA of Special Education Center of Lamphun Province

Abstract

t status of educational development in accordance with the PMQA approach at the Special Education Center in Lamphun province. 2) To investigate the guidelines for developing educational institutions based on the PMQA
approach implemented at the Special Education Center in Lamphun province. 3) To examine the implementation of the PMQA approach in educational
institutions, specifically focusing on the Special Education Center in Lamphun province.

Research result found that 1) The overall condition of Educational Institution Development according to PMQA of Special Education Center of Province is at high level. Also, while considering each part, all of them are high by descending order as follow; Organization leading, Strategic planning, Placing importance on clients and stakeholders, Human resource orientation, Process management, Operational result, Measurement, Analysis, and Knowledge management consecutively.

2) Methods of Educational Institution Development according to PMQA of Special Education Center of Lamphun Province are as follow.
Administrators should create consistency in accordance with working
system invention and administrative technics for an operation toward vision.  They should analyze both internal and external factors then use them for
operational plan arrangement. They should let stakeholders to have chance to proceed the hearing. There should be a promptly internally technological communication. They should promote personnel to have ability to quickly manage the learning problem solving. They should use a new technology, as well as analyze both strength and opportunity of the organizational leading of theirs in every academic year end.

3) Examining on promoting methods of Educational Institution Development according to PMQA of Special Education Center of Lamphun Province found that the overall correctness, suitability, probability, and utility are 100 percent.
