Lanna Tiered Creation for Developing the Foundational Economy of Kuman Temple’s Community, San Pu Loei Sub-District, Doi Saket District Chiang Mai Province

Abstract

This research article aims to 3 objectives: 1) to study processes and management in making Lanna Tiered of Ku Man Templeís Community, 2) to analyze the development of the foundational economy of Ku Man Templeís community, and 3) to study the problems, obstacles, and the foundational Economical development of  Ku Man Templeís community, This is a qualitative research. Its data were collected by the in-depth interview and Focus Group Discussion from people involved in making lanna Tiered making of Ku Man Templeís community.

The results were found that: 1) On the processes and management, Ku Man Templeís Community work on the 11 processes in production of Lanna Tiered such. On management having analyzed according to the 4Ms
resource management  was found that   (1) Men or persons It has been
managed focusing on the principle of ìequality and competenceî. (2) Money
or budget has not yet been systematically managed. (3) Materials are to be purchased whenever the orders are demanded from the customers. (4) Management is a decentralized management system and consult and the committee composed of the group of students running the management. They could be able freely to decide to work in all process both internal or external agents. 2) On the development of the foundational economy, causes the self-reliance ability of the community. It is also an economic system that builds up good relationships among local people creating good relationships between community on the way of local cooperation. 3) On the problems and obstacles, the 3 main problems are found: production, member have expertise in one step, resulting in work disruptions and human delays, labor quality problems, labor relations problems, and budget ethics problems, cost control problems and still not standardized onsupplies, there was a lack of action of the in section personnel before submission, and development problems lacked promotion and only a small group of growth, so it was not able to develop to cover the entire area.
