The Conceptual Model of Development of the Voluntary Works of the Youth of the Integration Buddhist School in Nakhon Ratchasima Province

Abstract

This research has the objectives are 1) to study about Development of the Voluntary Works in accordance with the Buddhism Principle, 2) to study about the conditional of problem in Development of the Voluntary Works of the Youth of the Integration Buddhist School in Nakhon Ratchasima Province,
3) to study about the conceptual model of the Voluntary Works of the Youth of the Integration Buddhist School in Nakhon Ratchasima Province. This research is Documentary Research and Qualitative Research and In-Depth Interview. 

1) Development of the youth in Buddhist schools to develop voluntary works with Brahmavihara 4 that is Metta; Karuna; Mudhita; and Upekkha; and Sanggahavaddhu that is Thana;, Piyavaja;, Attajariya; and Samanatta;. 

2) The problem condition of Thai youths is that most of them still lack public mind and they are focus on self-interest resulting in problems in 4 criteria such as the physical problem is selfishness, indifference, and inability to share and the psychological problems is no kindness  and problems of thinking such as they are not seeing the importance of helping others etc. and social problems such as lack of morality and the teachers did not take care of them thoroughly, the community is not strong enough. 

3) A model of youth public mind development at integrated Buddhist schools in Nakhon Ratchasima Province is centered on cultivating youth to have the heart in working with a public mind by behaving as a good role model and encouraging youth to take part in becoming responsible members of
society to stands for Sharing and helping society.
