Creating Buddhist Faith Through Teachings in The Lanna Dhamma Book

Abstract

Research Creating Buddhist faith through teachings in the Lanna Dhamma Book. The objectives are: 1) To study the faith in Theravada Buddhism, 2) To study the history and development of the Lanna Dharma Book, 3) To analyze the construction of Buddhist faith through the teachings of the Lanna Dhamma teachings. This research study is a qualitative research. By collecting data by interviewing with the target group in the area.

The study results showed that : Faith in Theravada Buddhism is a belief that consists of wisdom for reason and effect. The ambition of faith in the rhetoric aimed at developing people to the goal of extinguishing the individual suffering is to focus on their unique success. The Book of Buddhism during the Lanna Kingdom Influenced by the Buddhist center of the ancient world is India, Sri Lanka, Bagan and Sukhothai. It was developed more by the Phra thera and the sage of Lanna in the Golden Age of Buddhism during the 19th - 20th century. How to build faith through the teachings of the Lanna Dhamma Book uses the principles of Buddhist concepts that have long been the foundation of Lanna society. Use the principles of Buddhism to help strengthen social and political unity.
