The human's security situation in Thailand

Abstract

The humanís security notion begin to strongly interesting in Thailand since B.E.2545 when has Bureaucracy reform and establish the ministry of social development and human security, but in practical there have a long time movement since the 6 article of board representatives was present in B.E.2475. The notion of lifeís quality from dr.Puay Ungpakorn (B.E. 2516) and the promoting of welfare system to health for all, indigenous knowledge, strong community up to human rights between B.E. 2530-2540. All of this knowledge enough to bring for practice and improvement. in the time before the end of B.E.2540 economic crisis situation and the promulgating of new constitution. Thailand has the social innovation and politic that enhance humanís security.

In summary, the situation of human security issues is absolutely necessary to understand the social and cultural conditions of the population in that area, such as the situation of human security, economy, politics, administration. Natural resources and environment, food and health, health conditions, individuals, households and communities, which will be an important part in determining guidelines for solving problems and planning human security policies to be able to solve real problems.
