Guidelines for Developing the Implementation of Internal Quality Assurance by the Chaiprakan Municipality School 1 under the Office of Tambon Chaiprakan Administrative Organization, Chaiprakan District, Chaing Mai Province

Abstract

This term paper aims ;  1) to study the context and problems in the implementation of the internal quality assurance of the Chaiprakan Municipality School 1 and  2) Guidelines  for  Developing the Implementation of Internal Quality Assurance by the  Chaiprakan Municipality School 1. There are 18 informants divided as group 1: Director, Teacher of School total 8 persons, group 2:  the Professionals and the School Boards 10 in numbers. The methodology is using qualitative research. Data were collected  from documents, observation, in-depth interviews, SWOT analysis and group discussions and analyses by content analysis Here are the following findings :

1) On the context and problems of the internal quality assurance of the Chai Prakan school 1, found that the teachers and staff lack of knowledge and understanding in implementing the internal quality            assurance and school management. In school, there is a lack of systematic planning. No explicit policy and Blench marked aim were set. The internal quality assurance is not continuous. The Information system is not systematic and delayed.

2) On the development guidelines for the internal quality assurance of the Chai Prakan Municipality School, it should prepared such as being aware of the quality of education, teamwork Implementing the management to be a process of management in accordance with the quality of operation (PDCA), including Planning, Doing,Check and always developing Act.
