Leadership in community development prototype in Sufficiency Economy. Ban Pong District, Ngao District, Lampang Province

Abstract

This thesis aims to 1) study leadership analysis in community development prototype. Sufficiency Economy, Ban Pong Moo 4, Tambon Ban Pong, Ngao District, Lampang 2) To study the problems and obstacles in developing the sufficiency economy community of the leaders of Ban Pong Moo 4, Banpong Sub-district, Ngao District, Lampang Province. The study population consisted of 30 village headman and village headman. Village Health Volunteers, Director of school, president of Ban Pong sub-district administration organization, public health scholar community development, Buddhist monk, and community Leaders. The data is stored by field survey record, interview guide, participant observation record, documentary, and group discussion. The results of the analysis were presented in the form of descriptive statistics.

The research found that Most of the respondents were male. Aged between 50 and 59 years old. Have high school education. Have an independent career and the tenure of the community leader is between 10 and 14 years Leadership in developing prototype communities based on Sufficiency Economy, Banpong Moo 4, as a whole has good characteristics and good leadership in coordinator. Social and Project Management Problems and obstacles in the development of the Sufficiency Economy Community. According to the leader of Ban Pong Moo 4, many leaders found that they had many responsibilities, delayed work, lack of continuity. Lack of support from government agencies.
