บทคัดย่อ
บทความวิชาการนี้นำเสนอการศึกษาเชิงประจักษ์เกี่ยวกับปัจจัยกำหนดความตั้งใจในการใช้บริการต่อเนื่องของลูกค้าศูนย์กระจายสินค้าอุปโภค-บริโภคในประเทศไทย โดยใช้ทฤษฎีความจงรักภักดีของลูกค้าเป็นกรอบแนวคิดหลัก บทความใช้วิธีการทบทวนวรรณกรรมอย่างเป็นระบบร่วมกับการสังเคราะห์เนื้อหาจากงานวิจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องเพื่อระบุตัวแปรสำคัญและพัฒนากรอบแนวคิดทางทฤษฎี ผลการวิเคราะห์แสดงให้เห็นว่า ประสิทธิภาพด้านการจัดส่ง ความสามารถในการแก้ไขปัญหา และการมุ่งเน้นลูกค้าเป็นศูนย์กลาง เป็นองค์ประกอบหลักที่ส่งผลต่อความพึงพอใจของลูกค้าและความไว้วางใจ ซึ่งส่งผลต่อความตั้งใจในการใช้บริการต่อเนื่อง บทความมีนัยสำคัญทั้งเชิงทฤษฎีและการปฏิบัติ โดยเสริมสร้างองค์ความรู้ด้านการจัดการความสัมพันธ์กับลูกค้าในอุตสาหกรรมโลจิสติกส์และโซ่อุปทาน พร้อมทั้งเสนอกลยุทธ์เชิงบริหารจัดการที่สามารถนำไปประยุกต์ใช้เพื่อเสริมสร้างความจงรักภักดีของลูกค้าและความได้เปรียบในการแข่งขันอย่างยั่งยืน นอกจากนี้ บทความยังมีส่วนสำคัญในการเติมเต็มช่องว่างทางวิชาการของการศึกษาเชิงประจักษ์ในบริบทของประเทศไทยและภูมิภาคเอเชียตะวันออกเฉียงใต้ ซึ่งยังมีข้อจำกัดในงานวิจัยด้านพฤติกรรมลูกค้าในธุรกิจศูนย์กระจายสินค้า
