A STUDY OF HAPPINESS AND WORKING ENVIRONMENT AFFECTING THE WORKING EMPLOYEES IN BANGKOK

Abstract
Introduction: The pandemic has prompted rapid changes in the workplace, requiring organizations to reinvent their work practices to foster social connections, friendships, and happy collaboration. Objective: This study were to study the happiness at work and the work environment that affect employees in Bangkok in order to use the information to appropriately plan personnel in organizations. Methods: This is a qualitative research (Quantitative Research Methodology) using interviews as a tool for data collection in this research. The population used in the study is the population living in Bangkok, which must be a working population. Results: Happiness at work means having good relationships, helping each other, being able to give advice outside of working hours, and working environment means that the salary or benefits received are appropriate to the abilities of the employees. Conclusion: Happiness and work environment affect employees because employees feel connected to their work or colleagues trust and help each other, making work successful according to the set goals. And having a good environment, including a good work life balance, increases work efficiency, resulting in the organization being stable and advancing.
