WORK MOTIVATION AND COMMITMENT OFEMPLOYEES OF AUTOMOTIVE PARTS COMPANY LIMITED IN PRACHINBURI

Abstract
A study of Work Motivation and Commitment of Employees Working of Automotive Parts Company Limited in Prachinburi was to investigate factors relating to the relationship and organizational commitment of these employees. The subjects participating in this study were 186 employees who worked in Automotive Parts Company in Prachinburi. Data was collected using a set of questionnaires. Statistics used for data analysis are frequency, Percentage, Mean, Standard Deviation, Pearson’s Correlation Coefficient Set statistical significance at the level of 0.05.
The results of the study revealed that the motivation factors affecting the organizational commitment of the employees regarding motivation factors. Respondents given the overall opinion of the motivation factors at a high level with characteristics of the work as the first priority in supporting factors. Respondents Provide a level of opinion on the supporting factors. In general, it is classified at high level. With job security being the first in terms of commitment to the organization. Respondents give the overall opinion of the commitment to the organization to high level with persistence first, the result of testing the hypothesis of the research found that the relationship between motivation and supportive factors in working overall is relatively high in the same direction with the commitment to the organization.
