Innovation in Educational Management, Bachelor of Education Program in Early Childhood Education and Primary Education, Faculty of Education, Suan Dusit University which uses the Cooperative and Work-Integrated Education (CWIE) model of Suan Dusit University, is an integration of professional practice with teaching and learning arrangements for students in the Bachelor of Education program based in all 4 La-orutis Demonstration Schools as a school-based training experience, consisting of Bangkok, Suphanburi, Nakhon Nayok, and Lampang Campus. During the practice, the students will perform their duties as assistant teachers in learning management according to the context of the school, including performing other duties assigned by the school. Students will receive salary and welfare when they pass the specified qualifications. The structure for professional training at each year level is as follows: 1) First-year students observe child care and teaching practices with the classroom teachers, arranging the environment inside and outside the classroom and classroom management system 2) Second-year students plan, design, and trial with teaching practice together with classroom teachers under the supervision of lecturers 3) Third-year students design and implement classroom teaching on their own, and 4) Fourth-year students perform the duties of full-time work as assistant teachers according to the guidelines of Cooperative and Work-Integrated Education through 3 learning processes of Work-Based Learning, Work-Based Teaching, and Work-Based Researching. So that students learn from on-the-job training along with actual work and achieve competencies that can perform the actual work in an educational institution upon graduation.
