Abstract

สภาพปัจจุบันที่มีความเปลี่ยนแปลงอย่างรวดเร็วและมีความแตกต่างจากวิถีที่เคยปฏิบัติ ทุกคนจะต้องติดตามและเท่าทันสิ่งที่เกิดขึ้น หลายองค์กรได้รับผลกระทบจากการเปลี่ยนแปลงโดยเฉพาะสถานศึกษาในทุกระดับ ความสามารถในการบริหารจัดการของผู้บริหารจึงมีความสำคัญอย่างยิ่งในการนำพาให้องค์กรสามารถขับเคลื่อนต่อไปได้ ข้อมูลที่จะนำเสนอต่อไปนี้ เป็นการบรรยายพิเศษจากผู้มีประสบการณ์ในการบริหารจัดการองค์กรมายาวนาน ทำงานกับบุคคลหลายกลุ่ม ตั้งแต่ระดับการศึกษาปฐมวัย จนถึงระดับอุดมศึกษา สาระต่าง ๆ เป็นสิ่งที่มีคุณค่าและมีประโยชน์อย่างยิ่งในการศึกษานำไปสู่แนวทางการปฏิบัติเพื่อพัฒนาตนและพัฒนางาน  การนำการบรรยายพิเศษมานำเสนอในครั้งนี้มุ่งหวังให้เป็นการเผยแพร่ไปสู่ผู้ที่เกี่ยวข้องในวงกว้างต่อไป
