สำหรับแวดวงการศึกษา รัฐธรรมนูญแห่งราชอาณาจักรไทย พ.ศ. 2560 มาตรา 54 และมาตรา 258 จุดประกายและสร้างความหวังว่าการปฏิรูปการศึกษาจะเกิดได้จริง โดยเฉพาะอย่างยิ่ง เป็นครั้งแรกที่รัฐธรรมนูญไทย บัญญัติเกี่ยวกับการดูแลและพัฒนาเด็กเล็ก ผู้เขียนอยู่ในกลุ่มคนไทยที่อยากเห็นการเปลี่ยนแปลง จึงใช้เวลาช่วยสภาปฏิรูปฯ ทั้งสองสภาเพื่อจัดทำข้อเสนอเพื่อการปฏิรูปการศึกษา 3 ปีผ่านไป...ยังไม่เห็นสิ่งใดเป็นรูปธรรมชัดเจนดังที่ทราบกันอยู่ ล่าสุดนี้ ก็คิดกันว่า…. เอาเถิด อีกสักครั้ง จึงรวมกลุ่มกันไปช่วยคณะอนุกรรมการเด็กเล็ก ในคณะกรรมการอิสระเพื่อการปฏิรูปการศึกษา จัดทำแผนเกี่ยวกับเด็กเล็ก (นิยามตามรัฐธรรมนูญ) ในแผนการปฏิรูปแห่งชาติ และจัดทำร่าง พ.ร.บ.การปฐมวัย พ.ศ. ... ซึ่งสามารถคลิกดูได้ที่ www.thaiedreform.org
