การพัฒนาหลักสูตรเสริมสร้างทักษะการพูดสื่อสารเพื่อการนำเสนองาน สำหรับนักเรียนระดับประกาศนียบัตรวิชาชีพ

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาความต้องการและแนวทางในการพัฒนาหลักสูตรเสริมสร้างทักษะการพูดสื่อสารเพื่อการนำเสนองาน สำหรับนักเรียนระดับประกาศนียบัตรวิชาชีพ และ 2) ออกแบบและพัฒนาหลักสูตรเสริมสร้างทักษะการพูดสื่อสารเพื่อการนำเสนองาน สำหรับนักเรียนระดับประกาศนียบัตรวิชาชีพ ใช้ระเบียบวิจัยแบบวิจัยและพัฒนา โดยการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลแบบผสานวิธี กลุ่มเป้าหมายในการศึกษาความต้องการ คือ ผู้บริหาร ครู นักเรียนและผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ รวมทั้งสิ้น 104 คน กลุ่มเป้าหมายในขั้นตอนการพัฒนา คือ ผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ จำนวน 7 คน เครื่องมือวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบวิเคราะห์เอกสาร แบบสัมภาษณ์ แบบสอบถาม ประเด็นสนทนากลุ่ม แบบประเมินความสอดคล้องและเหมาะสมของหลักสูตร ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) หลักสูตรเสริมสร้างทักษะการพูดสื่อสารเพื่อการนำเสนองานฯ มี 8 องค์ประกอบ ได้แก่ ความสำคัญและจำเป็น หลักการและเหตุผล จุดมุ่งหมายของหลักสูตร โครงสร้างเนื้อหา การจัดกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้ สื่อการเรียนรู้ การวัดและประเมินผล และประโยชน์ที่ผู้เข้าร่วมหลักสูตรได้รับ 2) ผลการประเมินความเหมาะสมของหลักสูตร ภาพรวมมีความเหมาะสมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด (M=4.76 ,SD=0.37)
