บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาระดับภาวะผู้นำร่วมของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่
การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสมุทรสาคร 2) ศึกษาระดับการเป็นชุมชนแห่งการเรียนรู้ทางวิชาชีพของโรงเรียน สังกัดสำนักงาน
เขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสมุทรสาคร 3) ศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างภาวะผู้นำร่วมของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษากับการ
เป็นชุมชนแห่งการเรียนรู้ทางวิชาชีพของโรงเรียน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสมุทรสาคร กลุ่ม
ตัวอย่าง คือ ครูในสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสมุทรสาคร ปีการศึกษา 2568 จำนวน
322 คน จากการกำหนดกลุ่มตัวอย่างโดยเปิดตารางสำเร็จรูปของ Cohen et al. และเลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่างแบบหลาย
ขั้นตอน (multi-stage random sampling) เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสอบถามมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ
สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์เพียร์สัน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า
1) ภาวะผู้นำร่วมของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสมุทรสาคร โดยภาพรวมอยู่ใน
ระดับมาก 2) การเป็นชุมชนแห่งการเรียนรู้ทางวิชาชีพของโรงเรียน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษา
สมุทรสาคร โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก 3) ภาวะผู้นำร่วมของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษามีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกกับการเป็น
ชุมชนแห่งการเรียนรู้ทางวิชาชีพของโรงเรียน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสมุทรสาคร โดยภาพรวมอยู่
ในระดับปานกลาง อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01
