บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบันและสภาพที่พึงประสงค์ของการจัดการเรียนรวม (2) ประเมินความต้องการจำเป็นในการจัดการเรียนรวม (3) พัฒนาแนวทางการจัดการเรียนรวม และ (4) ประเมินความเหมาะสมและความเป็นไปได้ของแนวทางพัฒนาการจัดการเรียนรวม การวิจัยดำเนินการใน 2 ระยะ ได้แก่ (1) การศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบัน สภาพที่พึงประสงค์ และความต้องการจำเป็น และ (2) การพัฒนาแนวทางการจัดการเรียนรวมสำหรับนักเรียนที่มีความต้องการพิเศษ กลุ่มตัวอย่างประกอบด้วยผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและครูจำนวน 272 คน ซึ่งสุ่มเลือกด้วยวิธีการสุ่มแบบหลายขั้นตอน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บข้อมูล ได้แก่ แบบสอบถาม แบบสัมภาษณ์แบบมีโครงสร้าง และแบบประเมินแนวทางพัฒนา
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า สภาพปัจจุบันของการจัดการเรียนรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก ในขณะที่สภาพที่พึงประสงค์อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด ด้านที่มีความต้องการจำเป็นสูงสุด ได้แก่ ด้านสภาพแวดล้อม ด้านส่งเสริมร่วมมือ และด้านการจัดกิจกรรมการเรียน แนวทางพัฒนาประกอบด้วย 1) การปรับสภาพแวดล้อมให้เหมาะสม 2) การสนับสนุนการเรียนรวมด้วยความร่วมมือจากทุกภาคส่วน 3) การพัฒนาหลักสูตรและแผนเฉพาะบุคคล (IEP/IIP) 4) การอบรมและพัฒนาบุคลากร และ 5) การจัดหาเทคโนโลยีที่ตอบสนองความหลากหลาย การประเมินแนวทางพัฒนาพบว่ามีความเหมาะสมและเป็นไปได้ในระดับมากที่สุด จากการวิจัยให้ข้อมูลสำคัญสำหรับการพัฒนาแนวทางการจัดการเรียนรวมที่มีประสิทธิภาพต้องได้รับการสนับสนุนจากผู้บริหาร ครู ผู้ปกครอง และชุมชน พร้อมทั้งใช้ทรัพยากรอย่างเหมาะสม เพื่อสร้างสภาพแวดล้อมที่ส่งเสริมการเรียนรู้และพัฒนาศักยภาพของนักเรียนที่มีความต้องการพิเศษอย่างเต็มที่
