การศึกษาสภาพปัญหาและแนวทางการแก้ไขปัญหาด้านการสอนภาษาไทยโดยใช้แอปพลิเคชัน Douyin ในสาธารณรัฐประชาชนจีน

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาสภาพปัญหาและแนวทางการแก้ปัญหาด้านการสอนภาษาไทยโดยใช้แอปพลิเคชัน Douyin ในสาธารณรัฐประชาชนจีน กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ 1) ชาวจีนที่เคยใช้แอปพลิเคชัน Douyin เพื่อเรียนภาษาไทย จำนวน 100 คน และ 2) ผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิด้านการสอนภาษาไทย จำนวน 10 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ประกอบด้วย 1) แบบสอบถาม สำหรับชาวจีนที่เคยใช้แอปพลิเคชัน Douyin เพื่อเรียนภาษาไทย และ 2) แบบประเมินวิดีโอสั้น สำหรับผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้การวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา (Content Analysis) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า สภาพปัญหาด้านการสอนภาษาไทยโดยใช้แอปพลิเคชัน Douyin ในสาธารณรัฐประชาชนจีนสามารถแบ่งเป็น 4 ด้าน ได้แก่ ปัญหาด้านบุคคลนำเสนอ ปัญหาด้านคำบรรยาย ปัญหาด้านการนำเสนอ และปัญหาด้านเนื้อหา ส่วนแนวทางการแก้ปัญหาด้านการสอนภาษาไทยโดยใช้แอปพลิเคชัน Douyin ในสาธารณรัฐประชาชนจีนสามารถแบ่งเป็น 3 ส่วน ได้แก่ แนวทางการแก้ไขปัญหาสำหรับผู้สอน แนวทางการแก้ไขปัญหาสำหรับแพลตฟอร์ม Douyin และแนวทางการแก้ไขปัญหาสำหรับผู้เรียน
