Abstract
The Transition from kindergarten to first grade is an important time for children. This transition comprises of the developmental situation of children aged 6 - 7 years with physical, emotional mental, social and intelligent development, which is a new learning situation, and is divided needs into 4 dimensions, consisting of process and result dimensions, environmental dimensions, experience dimensions and time dimensions. With the characteristics of the transition considered theoretically in international studies and type of transition according to development and situation. The Transition from kindergarten to first grade building involves including family, child care and development strategies and the school has an important role in building their readiness and enhancing their happiness by enabling the child's individual needs to perform the activities smoothly and successfully and consistently with the development of maturity levels, responding to physical and mental needs, social interaction, suitable activities and consistent with the abilities of children by dividing into the joint roles of all adult sectors related to child development, family role, and the role of the school. Building readiness and enhancing happiness guidelines of transition from kindergarten to first grade is important to consider the context, situation, time and needs in accordance with each child needs in 5 ways , which is to 1) prepare the children before the time of the transition, 2) design activities, situations, and experiences suitable for children. 3) Organize activities that correspond to development and flexible learning clearly, 4) define activities, time, plan for action and 5) integrate operations to empower quality driven children quality in a holistic.
