How To Be Educational Administration As Professionalism

Abstract

Nowadays, the job performances that decision making based and high responsibility with merit and ethic manner are employed in the administrative functions. It is necessary that to use the expertise personnel who require in knowledge, skills, and experiences, that is “the professionalism”. Educational Administration is science and arts which is taught and practised in the public and private universities, including Thailand and abroad, needed to be maintained for high professionalism, and needed for development in body of knowledge, and needed for staff development continuously in the higher education level. There is the curriculum with the duration of time for training, experienced practices, including the development on professional organization for controlling, advising, supervising, defining the criterion and evaluation for the quality of education. Thus, there should make understanding with related persons who are responsible for educational administration program for the sake of country development thereafter.
