บทคัดย่อ

จากการเปลี่ยนแปลงของสังคมการเรียนรู้ในศตวรรษที่ 21 ทำให้สื่อเทคโนโลยีอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ เช่น คอมพิวเตอร์ แท็บเล็ตและสมาร์ทโฟนได้เข้ามามีบทบาทในชีวิตประจำวันมากก่อให้เกิดกระแสความต้องการ สื่อเหล่านี้เพื่อการจัดการเรียนรู้ให้แก่เด็กปฐมวัยทั้งในสถานศึกษาและชุมชนด้วยเหตุผลด้านความสะดวก สบาย ความน่าสนใจ และความรวดเร็วในการใช้งาน ในทางตรงกันข้ามก็มีกระแสการต่อต้านการใช้งานสื่อ อิเล็กทรอนิกส์ในเด็กปฐมวัยด้วยเหตุผลเกี่ยวกับสุขภาพ และความเหมาะสมกับพัฒนาการของเด็ก ครูและ ผู้ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการจัดการเรียนรู้ให้แก่เด็กปฐมวัยจึงควรเฝ้าสังเกต ศึกษาผลกระทบทั้งทางบวกและทางลบ รวมถึงการวางแผนการใช้งานสื่ออิเล็กทรอนิกส์ในฐานะสื่อการจัดการเรียนรู้ประเภทหนึ่งอย่างเหมาะสมกับ บริบทของพัฒนาการและการเรียนรู้ของเด็กปฐมวัย บริบททางสังคม และความต้องการเฉพาะบุคคล

Technology for Young Children: The Suitable Way of Using.

Nowadays, the electronic media; computer, tablet, and smartphone, play an ever-increasing role in our daily life. This is causing the higher demand of the electronic-based learning for the young children, both by the teacher and parents for the reasons of comfort, attractive and easy to use. On the other hand, it is the opposition to the use of electronic media in young children for the reason about health and the appropriation of children development. Teachers or adults who involve in the learning of young children should observe the effects, both positive and negative, then plan the use of electronic media with the young children; as an educational media, in appropriate with development, social context, and individual needs.
