การนิเทศแบบเพื่อนช่วยเพื่อนเสริมพลังครูสู่ชั้นเรียน

บทคัดย่อ

การนิเทศแบบเพื่อนช่วยเพื่อน เป็นกระบวนการที่ส่งเสริมให้ครูมีทักษะการสอนที่ดีเพื่อนำไปสู่การพัฒนาผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียน โดยให้ครูผู้สอนกลุ่มสาระเดียวกันตั้งแต่ 2 คนขึ้นไปร่วมกันพัฒนาเทคนิคการสอน หรือแก้ปัญหาใหม่ ๆ ที่ท้าทายในชั้นเรียน และส่งเสริมการทำงานร่วมกันเป็นทีมในองค์กรที่จะนำไปสู่การปฏิรูปการเรียนรู้ทั้งโรงเรียนโดยมีจุดเริ่มต้นจากความเชื่อใจของเพื่อนร่วมงานสู่สังคมผู้เชี่ยวชาญ ดังนั้นการสะท้อนความคิดของผู้นิเทศเป็นแนวทางในการพัฒนาตนเองของผู้รับการนิเทศ เพราะการสังเกตกิจกรรมการเรียนการสอนของผู้นิเทศจะช่วยสะท้อนพฤติกรรมที่เป็นแบบอย่าง พฤติกรรมที่ไม่เหมาะสมและวิธีการที่จะเปลี่ยนแปลงพฤติกรรมดังกล่าว โดยอาศัยการเสริมสร้างพลังที่มียุทธศาสตร์สำคัญในการขับเคลื่อนการนิเทศให้เกิดประสิทธิภาพ ประกอบด้วย 7 ขั้นตอน 1) ร่วมสร้างความตระหนัก 2)ร่วมรวมพลังค้นหา 3) ร่วมพลังสร้างเป้าหมาย 4) ร่วมทำ ร่วมพัฒนา 5) ร่วมเรียนรู้สู่การแก้ปัญหา 6) ร่วมแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้สู่การพัฒนา 7) ร่วมเผยแพร่สู่ชุมชนและสังคมPeer Coaching Enhances Teacher Empowering to Classroom

Peer coaching is the approach which enhances good teaching skills and leading to achieved development. This approach is managed by two teachers in the same group in order to develop teaching technical or solving challenged problem in the classroom. Moreover it also enhances organization’s teamwork and leading to the school studying revolution which come from peer’s trust conducting to professional group. Therefore supervisor’s reflection is an important approach to develop the participants because the supervisor observation will reflect his best practice and improved behavior which is needed to chance. To enhance the supervision, we have to use important strategies to move the supervision’s system efficiently by the following seven steps include 1) Co-building awareness 2) Co-searching and analyzing 3) Co-perception of target 4) Co-development activities 5) Co-learning and solving problem 6) Co-organizing knowledge 7) Co-appreciation and socia lcommunication.
