Abstract
The objectives of this research were to study (1) level creative leadership in educational institutions under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office, Bangkok 2, (2) level teacher competency in educational institutions under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office, Bangkok 2, (3) The relationship between creative leadership and teacher competency in educational institutions under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office, Bangkok 2, and (4) Investigate the influence of creative leadership on teacher competency in educational institutions under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office, Bangkok 2, The sample group consisted of 357 teachers in schools under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office, Bangkok 2, in the academic year 2025. The sample was determined using Cohen et al.’s table and selected through stratified random sampling. The research instrument was a 5-point Likert scale questionnaire with content validity index values ranging from 0.80 to 1.00 and a reliability coefficient of 0.982. The statistical methods used for data analysis were frequency distribution, percentage, mean, standard deviation, Pearson’s correlation coefficient, and stepwise multiple regression analysis.
