The Relationship Between Collective Leadership Of School Administrators And Being A Professional Learning Community Of Schools Under The Samut Sakhon Primary Educational Service Area Office

Abstract

This research aimed to 1) study the level of collective leadership by school
administrators under the Samut Sakhon Primary Educational Service Area Office, 2) study the
level of being a professional learning community by schools under the Samut Sakhon Primary
Educational Service Area Office, and 3) to examine the relationship between the collective
leadership of school administrators and being a professional learning community of schools
under the Samut Sakhon Primary Educational Service Area Office, The sample consisted of 322
teachers in schools under the Samut Sakhon Primary Educational Service Area Office in the
academic year 2025. The sample size was determined by consulting the standard tables of
Cohen et al., and the sampling method used was multi-stage random sampling. The research
tool was a 5-point rating scale questionnaire. Data were analyzed using mean, standard
deviation, and Pearson’s product moment correlation coefficient. The research findings were as
follows: 1 ) The collective leadership of school administrators under the Samut Sakhon Primary
Educational Service Area Office were at the high level overall. 2) The being a professional learning
community of schools were at the high level overall. and 3) The relationship between the collective
leadership of school administrators and being a professional learning community of schools under the
Samut Sakhon Primary Educational Service Area Office was positively correlated at a moderate level,
with statistical significance at the .01 level.
