The purposes of this research were 1) to study the charismatic leadership of school administrators, 2) to study the job motivation of teacher, and 3) to examine the relationship between the charismatic leadership of school administrators and the job motivation of teacher under the Nonthaburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 1. The sample consisted of 248 teachers working in schools under the Nonthaburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 in the academic year 2025, selected through multi-stage random sampling. The research instrument was a questionnaire. Data were analyzed using mean, standard deviation, and Pearson’s product moment correlation coefficient. The research findings were as follows: 1) Teachers’ perceptions of the charismatic leadership of school administrators were at the highest level overall. 2) Teachers’ perceptions of the job motivation were at the highest level overall. And 3) The relationship between the charismatic leadership of school administrators and job motivation of teacher under the Nonthaburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 was positively correlated at a moderate level, with statistical significance at the .01 level.
