The purposes of this research were: (1) to study the level of creative leadership of school administrators, (2) to study the level of teacher teamwork, (3) to investigate the relationship between the creative leadership of administrators and effective teacher teamwork, and (4) to explore the factors of creative leadership that influence effective teacher teamwork. The sample consisted of 333 government teachers under the Samut Prakan Secondary Educational Service Area Office. The research instrument was a questionnaire on the creative leadership of school administrators affecting teacher teamwork, with a reliability coefficient of 0.982. The statistical analyses used were mean, standard deviation, Pearson Product-Moment Correlation Coefficient, and Multiple Regression Analysis.
The research findings were as follows:
- The creative leadership of school administrators was at a high level overall.
- Teacher teamwork was at a high level overall and in all aspects.
- The relationship between the creative leadership of school administrators and teacher teamwork was at a high positive level, with statistical significance at the .01 level.
- The creative leadership of school administrators that influenced teacher teamwork in the Samut Prakan Secondary Educational Service Area Office included two aspects: flexibility and adaptability and creativity. These two aspects together significantly predicted teacher teamwork at the .01 level. The prediction equations were:
