Abstract
The purpose of this research were to 1) Study basic information and requirements for curriculum development. 2) Develop design, and determine the quality of the additional curriculum in citizenship subject to promote creative problem solving skills with the online media for 4th year high school students. The research methodology used is research and development. The target groups for the needs assessment phase are administrator teachers and students, totaling 46 people. The development phase targets 6 qualified individuals. Research instruments included document analysis forms, interview forms, questionnaires, focus group discussions, and curriculum consistency and appropriateness assessment forms. The research results found that 1) The additional curriculum for civic duties has 6components: principles, objectives, content structure and learning time, learning activity organization process, media and learning resources, measurement and evaluation. 2) The results of the evaluation of the overall suitability of the curriculum were at the highest level of suitability (M=4.80, SD=0.20) and the results of the evaluation of the overall suitability of the learning management plan were at the highest level of suitability (M=4.91, SD=0.07).
