Abstract
Depression is a psychiatric symptom that currently has a large number of patients ,especially among teenagers. Depression is a symptom that has many causes but the important issue that often causes problems is the fact the people have negative thought patterns towards themselves. Feeling helpless in solving life problem , lack of confidence and self-esteem. Whenever we have symptoms of depression , we must see a doctor so that we can receive proper treatment. However , one important factor that can cause depression is Stress ,which can occur from thoughts and behaviors that are risky in your life , such as feelings of worthlessness. Lack of self-esteem or has behavior related to drugs. Therefore ,to prevent stress that is too heavy to the the point of being unable to cope. We should have guideline for talking care of your mind to avoid stress include 5 approaches : Find the cause . Must conquer risk . Avoid opportunities clever deviant and Dare to focus on facing mange stress appropiately in the end.
