Abstract

The purposes of this research were 1) to assess the learning management curriculum of the normal program curriculum at the Demonstration School of Silpakorn University (Early Childhood and Elementary) Early Childhood level. 2) to study the guidelines to develop and improve the curriculum of the normal program curriculum at the Demonstration School of Silpakorn University (Early Childhood and Elementary) Early Childhood level. The key informants consist of 1) the experts of curriculum and teaching 2) the experts of early childhood 3) school administrators 4) teachers in the normal program curriculum 5) normal program curriculum kindergarten students, the academic year 2021 6) school committee 7) parents and teacher association representatives, and 8) normal program curriculum Kindergarten student parents’ (the academic year 2021), the evaluation uses the CIPP evaluation model. The research instruments consisted of questionnaires and interviews. The data analyzed by content analysis for qualitative data and the quantitative data analysis method use the frequency distribution, percentage, mean (x̄), and standard deviation (S.D.). The result showed that 1) The results of the assessment of the curriculum of learning management in the normal program curriculum indicated that the context, the input, and the process were appropriate in both overall and individual aspects, and productivity is at a high level. 2) Curriculum Development Guidelines: There should be more topics on building a connection from early childhood to Primary 1; There should be more coordination and cooperation with the community. There should be more on the development of digital technology for early childhood. New learning committee innovations should be used more systematically and will be more complete. More activities on Thainess and adding KM or PLC work for teachers to exchange and share experiences.
