The Development of Learner Development Activities on Painting Plaster Sculpture Occupation for Mahannaparam School’s Art Club Students.

Abstract
The research process included: 1) studying fundamental data and needs assessment for learner development activities 2) to develop and estimate the efficiency of learner development activities 3) implementing learner development activities and 4) evaluating learner development activities.The research results were as follows:
1) From students and teachers opinions, it was found out that were needs in painting plaster sculpture learner development activities focusing on art and career skill significant for learner development activities in art club and art subjects.
2) Painting plaster sculpture learner development activities focused on 4 activities, 1)Basic of painting plaster sculpture career 2) Plaster casting 3) Painting plaster sculpture 4) Doing painting plaster sculpture business. The efficiency of learner development activities was E1/E2= 81.73/81.00 in ability area which met the criteria set at 80/80
3) The painting plaster sculpture learner development activities implementation with 30 art club’s students were using steps: Lecturing and Demonstration, Plaster casting , Painting plaster sculpture , Simulation business and Evaluating.
4) The results of painting plaster sculpture learner development activities implementation for occupation evaluation were: 1) the painting plaster sculpture business ability after learning was higher at the statistical difference of .01 level and 2) learners’opinion were to enhance painting plaster sculpture business ability at a highest level .
