Human Relations of Buddhist Administrators affecting the Performance of School teachers under Bangkok Metropolitan Administration

Abstract

The objectives of this study were to study : 1) Human relations of Buddhist Administrators under Bangkok Metropolitan Administration., 2) The performance of school teachers under Bangkok Metropolitan Administration., and 3) Human relations of Buddhist administrators affecting the performance of school teachers under Bangkok Metropolitan Administration. The population were 437 schools which under Bangkok Metropolitan Administration. Determining sample size for research activities of Krejcie and Morgan and sample were 205 schools. Use method stratified random sampling. There were 410 informants who were administrators and teachers. The instrument was questionnaire about human relations of Buddhist administrators affecting the performance of school teachers under Bangkok Metropolitan Administration. The statistics for analyzing data were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation and stepwise multiple regression analysis.
The results found that : 1) Human relations of Buddhist administrators under Bangkok Metropolitan Administration were at high level in over all. When considered individually, it was found that it was at a high level in all aspect, in descending order as follows: Piyawaja, Than, Attajariya, and Samanattata., 2) The performance of school teachers under Bangkok Metropolitan Administration were at high level in over all. When considered individually, it was found that it was at a high level in all aspect, in descending order as follows: learning management, teacher performance, and parent and community relations., and 3)Human relations of Buddhist administrators affecting the performance of school teachers under Bangkok Metropolitan Administration at .01 significant. In order, the best predictors were Piyawaja, Than, Attajariya, and Samanattata, with a multiple correlation coefficient equal to 0.895 words. Predictive efficiency was 0.796. The performance of school teachers under Bangkok Metropolitan Administration was 79.60 %.
