Abstract

This study focus on development of the competencies of learning management for 21st century of biology’s teachers by professional learning community: PLC. The participants were 12 biology’s teachers in Phetchabun. The research instrument is the competencies of learning management for 21st century for the evaluation of the knowledge in science from the work of the students and the semi structured observation. Data were analyzed using content analysis of the finding have found that All 12 biology teachers have the average learning management performance in the 21st century at a high level and when considering each aspect, it is found that evaluation, use media technology, learning activity, and design learning management. Furthermore it was found that the environment and new learning resources and the development of new learning skills were at a moderate level. Demonstrated that biology teachers have 21st century learning management competencies.
