Learning Management by STAR STEMS Approach: Starry of the Hope

Abstract

Educational reform had been interested and was requested by all sectors since a few years. The main objective all sectors had agreed with was the learning reform. It was in alignment with the teacher’s instruction and student ’s learning.The subcommittees on Learning Reform that was in the National Reform Steering Assembly had presented a learning management by STAR STEMS approach. Its important role was the instruction in Situation – Based Learning: SBL that the Instructors and learners must participate in learning process (STAR) and integrate with the 5 STEMS approach: Scientific Thinking, Thai - Technology, English - Engineering, Moral – Mathematics, and Sociogeology. Thai youth were effected of the learning management by STAR STEMS approach to be a “good citizen and prominent discipline”. They are supposed to adore the nation and to be satisfied with, to have the proficiency in their aptitude and to be an accountable person for family, community, society and country.
